Today I have had a very eye opening talk with a Strategic Engineering Director.
Three things I have taken away:

Be true to yourself and your passions and you will reach your destination

Recognizing its a career not a job, and developing emotional intelligence are two important milestones in leadership development
-
A mentor and network of peers are two must haves in the journey
